This offer applies to new Confirmed Bookings made between 26 February 2026 and 31 March 2026 for Events held at COPIA Café & Wine Bar where the Event Date (as defined in the Event Details form) falls between 26 February 2026 and 31 December 2026. For the purpose of this promotion, a Confirmed Booking occurs when the Event Details form is submitted, the Deposit is paid and a written confirmation is issued by the venue.
To qualify, the Event must have a minimum of 60 Guests and the promotional code WEDDING26 must be entered in the Additional Enquiry Information section of the Booking Enquiry at the time of submission. The $1,000 incentive will be deducted from the Final Amount payable 10 Business Days prior to the Event.
The offer is subject to availability and excludes any blackout dates as determined by the Venue. The offer is not transferrable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion. All other standard Terms and Conditions of Hire – COPIA Café & Wine Bar apply.
